The rodeo online entry is open, entries are flowing in. A competitor contacts you in a panic. They entered Bareback, they wanted to enter Saddlebronc. fortunately making changes to entries is easy in Rodeo Setup – Manage Rodeo Entrants. Correcting an Individual Entry

Choose Rodeo Setup – Manage Rodeo Entrants and then select the rodeo you wish to manage. From the list of entrants/events, click the Edit button for the entry you wish to Edit. We are going to move Test6 Sonntag from Bareback to Saddlebronc.

Then, use the drop-down list for Event and select the correct event. After you have made your selection, click the Submit button at the bottom of the form. Note that when you submit the change, the $ amounts owing are instantly updated based on the changes and will reflect any differences in entry fees from one event to the new event.

Correcting a Team Entry

From the main menu choose Rodeo Setup – Manage Rodeo Entrants and then select the rodeo you wish to manage. From the list of entrants/events, click the Edit button for the entry you wish to Edit. We are going to change the Team Roping partner for Test5 Sonntag from Test6 Sonntag to Test7 Sonntag. Click the Edit button on the entry row.

Use the drop down list in the Team Partner section to select the proper team partner. The list of members is sorted by member number. You can also choose the member by using the Select by Name drop down list which is sorted alphabetically by last name. When you have changed the selection, click Submit. Note that when you submit the change, the $ amounts owing are instantly updated based on the changes to members.

You can also change the team member roles, such as from header to heeler.
